By accessing or using Kaafall Travels, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Our platform connects travelers with verified local agents across Uttarakhand and beyond. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. Users below 18 years of age must obtain guardian consent before making any inquiry or booking through our platform.
Booking & Payments
A minimum advance of 25–50% of the total package cost is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before your departure date. All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Kaafall Travels provides a money-back guarantee on all payments processed through our platform.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to uk.kaafall@gmail.com. Cancellations 30+ days before departure receive a 90% refund; 15–29 days receive 50%; 7–14 days receive 25%; cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Char Dham and trekking packages are subject to separate permit-based cancellation policies.
Liability & Governing Law
Kaafall Travels operates as an online marketplace and is not a direct tour operator. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from travel activities, natural events such as landslides or weather disruptions, or third-party service failures. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand.
