By browsing, inquiring, or booking a tour package through Kafall Travels, you agree to everything written on this page. We are a full-service travel agency — we plan your trip, arrange your transport, book your stays, and take care of the details so you don't have to. Our packages cover all of Uttarakhand including Char Dham, Do Dham, Ek Dham, and every major destination across the state. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the booking on your behalf.
Booking & Payments
To cancel a booking, send a written request to uk.kafall@gmail.com — phone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds are processed based on how far in advance you cancel. Refunds are credited within 7–14 business days. Char Dham yatra and trekking packages may carry separate cancellation terms due to advance permit and accommodation bookings — these will be shared with you clearly before you confirm.
Cancellations & Refunds
Kafall Travels takes full responsibility for the services we commit to — your package, your transport, your accommodation. However, situations beyond our control such as bad weather, road blockages, landslides, or government-imposed restrictions on Himalayan routes can sometimes affect travel plans. In such cases, we will do everything possible to rearrange or reschedule, but refunds for force majeure situations follow a separate process. We strongly recommend taking travel insurance before your trip. All matters are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand.
Liability & Governing Law
Kafall Travels operates as an online marketplace and is not a direct tour operator. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from travel activities, natural events such as landslides or weather disruptions, or third-party service failures. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand.
